60 Minute Missions Escape Room is looking for candidates to be the gamemaster for our missions at our Greensburg and Murrysville locations.
The gamemaster at 60 Minute Missions Escape Room is a storyteller, adviser, actor, problem solver, handyman and brand ambassador. This team member will be honest, loyal and driven to provide outstanding customer experiences. The gamemaster is committed to the success of 60 Minute Missions and is an integral member of the team.
Daily Responsibilities include:
- welcoming players as they arrive
- presenting the storyline of the mission and inciting excitement to start the mission
- reviewing safety procedures with guests
- monitoring missions through audio/visual means
- offering clues/help to participating teams
Additional responsibilities as required by management:
- troubleshooting technical problems
- participating in promotional and marketing efforts for the business
- building new puzzles/themes
- leading birthday parties and other celebrations
- assisting with corporate team building events
- cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming floors and maintaining an overall clean/safe environment at HQ
Requirements
Applicants should have proven experience or interest in the following areas:
- customer service experience
- typing and grammatical competence
- technologically savvy
- willing to work nights and weekends
- reliable and punctual
- understands the importance of maintaining confidentiality
