60 Minute Missions Escape Room has specific criteria for fundraisers, so organizations should review the eligibility requirements before submitting an application.

 

Fundraising Program Details

How it works:
Organizations can host a fundraiser by partnering with 60 Minute Missions for a specific 3-day event window where up to 25% of the referred booking sales will be donated to the organization.

Fundraising made easy:
Supporters make online reservations using a unique promo code during checkout to ensure their purchase counts towards the fundraiser. Unfortunately, walk-ins and bookings made by phone are not eligible.

Promoting your event:
60 Minute Missions provides promotional tools, such as flyers, email templates, and social media sharing buttons to help organizations promote their fundraiser.

Eligibility requirements:
Examples of non-profit organizations we love to partner with:

    • University Groups (Teams, Clubs or Activities Departments)
    • K–12 Schools
    • Youth Sports Teams
    • Libraries and Community Centers

**Individual causes and political fundraising applications will not be approved.

60 Minute Missions Escape Room will not support organizations that discriminate against a person or a group on the basis of age, political affiliation, race, national origin, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, disability, sexual orientation or religious belief.

More Players = More Proceeds

As the number of referred players increases, the percentage the organization will receive also increases up to 25%. Groups that fail to reach the minimum 20 player threshold will receive a $25 gift card as gratitude for utilizing the fundraising program.

41 to 80 Player 10% $100 – $200
81 to 100 Players 15% $300 – $375
101 to 200 Players 20% $500 – $1000
200+ Players 25% $1250+

*will be based on actual gross receipts from bookings. Prices can vary $17 to $30 based on group size and mission theme selection.

All donation checks are issued on the 1st Monday of each month to the address provided in the application.

Application Process

Those interested in submitting an application will need to provide all required fields using the following information:

  • Organization Name
  • EIN/501c3 status
  • Mission Statement
  • Contact Name
  • Mailing Address
  • Email Address
  • Fundraising Priority  (uniforms, field trip, playground equip, roof repair etc)
  • Fundraising $$ Goal 
  • Dates Requested (1st and 2nd choice)

Failure to complete all fields will result in immediate disqualification from the program. 

All applications must be received at least 3 weeks before the fundraising dates requested. Applications submitted will receive communication from an escape room representative indicating approval status, options to schedule and a contract to be signed.

To maximize your potential, 60 Minute Missions Escape Room will not allow multiple fundraisers to occur simultaneously.
